Toronto artist Nav has dropped his 5th studio album “Emergency Tsunami” where he displays his melodic flow on 13 hard hitting tracks.
Nav has a plethora of big name features on this project, which is a collab with the producer Wheezy. These stars include Lil Baby, Gunna, Young Thug and more.
I think the beats are genius; they complemented the style and vibe Nav is looking to provide on this album. My favorite track off the album is definitely track 7 “ Don’t Need Friends” (featuring Lil Baby).
Even though I think the album is very well put together, I do feel a lack of versatility and emotion that was very much needed. The flows are too repetitive for my taste but he has huge hit making potential.
Overall I give the album a 7.2 out of 10. I believe that the album is good to chill and vibe to, it just lacks versatility. Nav’s “Emergency Tsunami” gets a gas rating from us!
