Beginning recording at 16 years old, it wasn’t until 2020 when Exzra, pronounced (Ez-Ruh), got his first taste of the hip hop scene. Now, in 2022 the artist is working on a special persona ”Still Here,” which gives insight into the young artist’s background versatility.
Although most of his early life was spent in Las Vegas , the young artist was back and fourth but still remains loyal to his hometown San Diego, California. Exzra is very dynamic in the rap game with his musical ear , many flows , and different vibes of music settings which can vary from his artistic outlook.
On the rise of his youth Exzra has dropped one single , one unofficial album, and is featured on other local artists tracks as well. Two words that can be used to describe Exzra would be independent and fearless knowing that his career path isn’t an easy one. However, the blinds are wide open for the artist to embrace competition and give recognition.
He is not shy, but remains very conservative when it comes to his work. Some artists he sites as influences Lil Wayne , Mitchy Slick, Kendrick Lamar, and Jcole. As a molded talent, lots of practice came mostly from studying Drake. This helped with reciting flows and shadowing the uniqueness of making a song. This is just the beginning for Exzra but consider his a household name. Be on the look out for his debut solo album “Still Here” coming this year.

I’ve been listening to this artist NONSTOP for the last few years. With every new release being even better than the last. If you know, then you know. If you don’t then you are truly missing out on greatness. When this kid finally does blow (and he definitely will) he’s gonna be a huge deal in the rap game. These mumble rappers better watch out. This is what we been missing.
I’ve know Ezra for a long time. He’s always wanted to rap, writing lyrics when he was in his early teens. To see him NOW as a young adult fulfilling his dream through determination and hard work, I am beyond excited for him. He has got heart! Never the quitter and plunged headlong into this rap game and what it holds for him in the future. I have no doubt he’s going to blow up big time! I don’t like too many rap artist but THIS ONE RIGHT HERE…I can understand and listen to what he has to offer through his music. WELL DONE EZRA!
